BACLIFF — The seizure of more than 200 grams of possible synthetic marijuana led to the arrest of a man on an unrelated drug charge, authorities said late Thursday night.

Adam Charles Roque, 32, of Texas City was released from the Galveston County Jail on a $60,000 bond after he was charged on a felony warrant of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, said Maj. Ray Tuttoilmondo, a spokesman for the sheriff’s office.

Authorities seized the possible synthetic marijuana Thursday from 42 Degreez Smoke Shop in the 3600 block of state Highway 146 in Bayview near Bacliff, Tuttoilmondo said.
