The highlighted portions represent the 10 rights of way that bankruptcy trustee Randy Williams claims were abandoned to the Porretto family in 1978. Williams and three neighboring landowners have asked the city to abandon those 10 rights of way and several others, which are not shown on the map. Abandoning the rights of way would enable a developer to build a mixed-use project from Sixth to 10th Street, between the seawall and the bollard line.
