3 schools with over 2000 students, a library, 2 churches, and an admin building
City Hall and Lowry Walking square…but no need to slow traffic down with a traffic light this seven block area? I'm concerned. We have a lot of walking traffic to and from school and a lot of kids who go to the library after school…that may not have been an issue in 2012 when the study was done but it will be in about a week….
