New cameras to help fight illegal dumping

    $200 isn't enough of a fine for this offense.

    Robert, that was the fine in that area. Below
    gives the max. for Texas.
    "The Texas Litter Abatement Act sets penalties from a
    Class C Misdemeanor with fines up to $500 to a State
    Jail Felony with fines up to $10,000 and two years in
    state jail."
