    No one can lead a group that does not want to be lead. Derrick is probably saying, Good Riddance , hope you can FIND someone to dig you out of that hole. This is not the place I knew as a child.

    Wow.... That is one expensive seperation package for the taxpayer to pay and we get NO explanation on why we get to pay all of that money out.... I wonder how much it is going to cost to find someone to replace her as that is going to be another hit on us the taxpayer....

    I received a similar type of separation settlement agreement (albeit a bit more in sum monies) when I resigned from my local Harper Valley paper route.
