"Attorney Jeth Jones, who helped represent Pena, said the jury disregarded evidence that showed Pena was not criminally responsible for Lopez’s death."

As a driver he is to yield to all pedestrians, sitting, standing, etc. Bond amount is absurd

There's always 2 sides to every story and I feel like not both sides of this story were completely brought to the stand, why wasn't the mother out there with her 11 year old child? And I recall last year the paper said she was sitting but last week's paper said it was unclear if she was sitting or standing.

Most parents do not accompany their children at the bus stop. The bus stops was less than a fourth of a block from the house.
