League City’s dog park will reopen today after crews completed drainage improvements, city staff said.

The city closed Bark Park at Countryside, 100 Alderwood St., so its public works staff could install new drainage and expand concrete slabs around water fountains, staff said.

The park opened Nov. 12, 2017, and it is the city’s first dog park.

The park is open from 7:30 a.m. to sunset daily.
