League City Mayor Pat Hallisey will deliver the annual State of the City address today to members of the League City Regional Chamber of Commerce.
The chamber postponed the event from January because Hallisey was still recovering from an October heart attack and the amputation of his left leg.
Hallisey will talk about recovery in League City, transportation and the future of the largest city in Galveston County with a population of almost 105,000.
The luncheon event is sold out, but a video of the speech will be available. The Daily News will also cover the event.
