La Marque police were looking for three people suspected of being involved in a Tuesday shooting that killed a 33-year-old man.

Police identified the shooting victim as Robbie Lewis of La Marque. Authorities released images of three men taken from surveillance video in a nearby convenience store who police called persons of interest in the shooting.

At about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, police arrived at the Circle T corner store on FM 1765 after reports of gun shots.

Police suspect Lewis had been shot in his car and ran inside the store before collapsing. He was airlifted to Clear Lake Regional Medical Center where he died early Wednesday from multiple shots to his arms and torso, police said.

Police urged anyone with information to call 409-938-9269 or La Marque Crime Stoppers at 409-938-8477.
