Many thanks to Dexter for all that he has done for the shrimp boil.....would also like to thank Steve Reynolds( who...fittingly...died on the day of the shrimp boil in 1992) for recruiting him...Steve was the owner of BoydsOne Stop at the time the chamber needed a new cook and he consulted with his crawfish supplier...a man from Eunice named Bobby Soileau...thats who connnected Dexter to this event in the begining...thank you Dexter and Jimmy for all that you have done for this event...now....who will eventually replace Jimmy?
