A team of master ice carvers from Harbin, China, has been busy sculpting over 2 million pounds of ice at Moody Gardens. The attraction “Ice Land: Ice Sculptures, A Caribbean Christmas!” features colorful ice sculptures, an ice bar, an ice slide and more. The carvers work in a climate-controlled tent that provides a constant 9 degree temperature that keeps the sculptures from melting. It will officially open on Nov. 12 and run until Jan. 8.
