On Wednesday, the main entrance to John Sealy Hospital is scheduled to be closed to complete renovations to the main hospital lobby and concourse.
A temporary entrance will be constructed to the left of the main entrance. Inside the hospital, detour signs will direct people around the construction area.
The visitor elevators in the lobby will not have service to the first floor during this time; signs will provide direction to the staff bank of six elevators. In addition, the hospital gift shop and the pastoral care office will be moved to the south wing of John Sealy Hospital. The renovations should be completed by July.
