This fall, the college will offer guidance in classical and contemporary styles for instrumental or vocal musicians.

Whether seeking a degree or exploring an interest, students can pursue their passions in COM music classes.

This fall, guitarists can join group classes, collaborate in the electric guitar ensemble or take individual guitar lessons with professor John Kiefer.

Contact Kiefer at jkiefer@com.edu.

Pianists can expand their skills in COM’s group classes as well.

The Mainland Chorale, a full choir, and the Mainland Singers, a vocal ensemble, are open to any musicians wanting to express and expand their skills.

No auditions are necessary for either group, which meet one evening a week.

The COM Jazz Ensemble and COM Jazz Combos allow musicians explore new sounds together.

The groups of musicians practice and perform in the evenings to accommodate work schedules.
