Corrections published in The Daily News:

• A story about the demolition of the old Texas City High School incorrectly reported how long the school has been in use. The campus was the school district’s high school for 53 years.

• A story on Page A1 on Monday about addressing the challenges of Galveston’s blighted neighborhoods listed the wrong address for a house set for demolition. The city council’s agenda packet relied upon by The Daily News should have said the address of the home set for demolition was 1403 34th St.

• Because of an editing error Covy Beard Wilkinson’s name was misspelled in Tuesday’s Biz Buzz on page A5.
