• A story on A1 in Sunday’s edition should have said that workers from private lots wave down cruise ship passengers on Harborside attempting to direct them in to parking lots. Cutlines with the story should have said the port is seeking to work with Carnival Cruise Lines to give passengers the option of paying for parking in Port of Galveston lots when they buy their cruise tickets.

• A story on A1 in Monday’s edition should have said property values in Texas City were the largest increase of the county’s largest cities and that Jamaica Beach actually had the largest increase in taxable value on properties.

• A story on B1 in Monday’s edition with the headline “Education foundation to hold gala” should have been credited to the Clear Creek Education Foundation.
