• A story that ran on A1 of Monday’s edition titled “La Marque FEMA records are still missing” should have said that the city can’t account for $328,000 in Federal Emergency Management Agency funds it received for disaster recovery projects.
  • A bar graph that ran on Monday’s B1 should have stated the average student enrollment in the La Marque school district had decreased from 3,977 in the 2001-02 school year to 2,980 in 2011-12.
  • A list of candidates on the ballot for Santa Fe City Council published on A5 of Monday’s edition incorrectly identified Pat McCray as the incumbent for Place 5.
  • A story in Sunday’s edition about expense stipends for members of the La Marque City Council did not include the city of Galveston in a list comparing the policies of other cities in Galveston County. The mayor and city council members in Galveston do not receive pay or expense stipends.
