Spring is almost here! Make sure your pets are microchipped, current on their vaccinations and

registered with their 2018 city license.

Come by the shelter or check the website to view and visit our family! All

adoptions include the spay or neuter surgery, a microchip, current

vaccinations, and a month of pet insurance.

Randal is a medium sized three year old shepherd mix weighing about 66 pounds. He has a beautiful, reddish coat with dark accents and a pop of white on his chest. His floppy ears and heart-warming smile makes him unforgettable. This gorgeous fella is incredibly sweet, knows basic commands, walks wonderfully on a leash and loves to play fetch! Come meet this Sweet boy!!

Bridonna is a very loyal three year old cat. She has a short, soft coat that is white with patches of smoky grey. She originally came into the shelter after her owner moved into a nursing home. She is sweet, loves attention, and purrs loudly the second you start to pet her. She is hopeful to meet her new forever family soon! Stop by today!

A reminder: the City of Galveston requires current registration (2014) of all pets. Registration and city tags are available at the shelter. You must bring proof of a current rabies vaccination and also something showing whether the pets is spayed or neutered. The cost is only $5 if they are fixed, and $50 if not.
