7 p.m. on ABC Bachelor in Paradise Talk about having your reputation precede you: As is widely known, Season 4 of this series in the unscripted franchise shut down production over alleged misconduct involving two contestants, but taping eventually resumed ... thus yielding this two-part season premiere that continues Tuesday. The situation will be addressed on the show, per host Chris Harrison, as veterans of “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” again seek love in Mexico.
9 p.m. on NBC Midnight, Texas The term “man-eater” gets a literal representation in the new episode ‘Sexy Beast,” with Manfred’s (Francois Arnaud) quarry a supernatural being who attracts men ... then feasts on them. Really. The killer’s trail leads Fiji, Lem, Joe and Creek (Parisa Fitz-Henley, Peter Mensah, Jason Lewis, Sarah Ramos) to an out-of-the-way bar. Olivia (Arielle Kebbel) comes into surprising information about her father while on a mission. Dylan Bruce also stars.
