College Football

If there’s a team that can give Oklahoma a run for their money in the Big 12 Conference it is the Texas Christian Horned Frogs who visit the Southern Methodist Mustangs tonight at Gerald J. Ford Stadium near Dallas. Since 1915 these two teams have met 95 times with the winner receiving the Iron Skillet trophy.

Dr. Ken

The comedy’s second season opens with “Allison’s Career Move,” in which Ken faces the prospect of his wife (Suzy Nakamura) working for the same firm when Pat (Dave Foley) offers her a job. Ken fears having too much closeness wth her, at virtually all hours. Molly (Krista Marie Yu) is concerned about her SAT scores, and Dave (Albert Tsai) conspires with her to keep their parents from learning those results. Tisha Campbell Martin also stars.

The Exorcist

A revision of both a best-selling novel and one of the all-time-classic horror movies, this new drama series — launching with “Chapter One: And Let My Cry Come Unto Thee” — stars Ben Daniels (“Flesh and Bone”) and Alfonso Herrera as priests trying to save a family from apparent demons.
