GALVESTON — The sun was setting over The Strand on Sunday evening, but the bikers were not ready to leave. Even as the Lone Star Biker Rally was winding down, some were still showing up on their motorcycles.
GALVESTON — Attendance was up and mayhem appeared to be down at the 13th Annual Lone Star Rally this weekend. For the first time in years, there were no motorcycle deaths reported in the county, according to officials.
