The Clear Falls Knights got off to a slow start in their Thursday night game against Baytown Sterling. Early in the second quarter the Knights attempted to convert a fourth down with a long pass from Alex Assarian to Ke'Shaun Holmes.
Holmes went up and just as it looked like he would pull the ball in for a new set of downs he was drilled by Sterling's Walker Wheeland, dropping the pass and turning the ball over to the Rangers.

If the play had continued this way it would have been a great photo to illustrate the game. However the Knights emerged from the halftime locker room with a no-huddle offense and ran away with the game, scoring 29 unanswered points for the first shutout in school history.
