Lauren Harker to Wed  Dr. Bradley Reid

Lauren Rachel Harker and Dr. Bradley Joseph Reid are engaged to be married on July 30, 2016 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The wedding will be held at 5:30 pm at Canal 337 with The Honorable Tim Burns officiating.

Parents of the groom are Bill and Joanne Reid of Texas City. Parents of the bride are Linda Harker and the late Dr. Jeffrey Harker of Indianapolis, IN.

Ms. Andrea Burns will serve as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids will include Tyler Ann McGuffee, Amelia Owens and Tamara Skinner.

Dr. Travis McVay will serve as Best Man. Groomsmen will include Justin Jones, Jeremy Kelley, Jason Strickhausen and Dr. Kyle Stuart. Lance Lewton and Garrett Murphree will serve as ushers.

Lauren is a 2002 graduate of North Central High School in Indianapolis, IN. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007 from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2010 from Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis, IN. She is a registered nurse in the post-anesthesia care unit at Baylor SurgiCare in Dallas, TX.

Bradley graduated from Texas City High School in 1998 as the valedictorian. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in Waco, TX in 2002. He graduated in 2006 from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX with a Doctor of Medicine degree before completing an anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX in 2010. He is an anesthesiologist with Metropolitan Anesthesia Consultants in Dallas, TX.

After a honeymoon in Maui, the couple will reside in Dallas with their beagle, Butters.
