Dr. Kathleen Kelly Gallagher Weds John (EO) Andrew Meyers

Dr. Kathleen Kelly Gallagher of Galveston (Houston) and Mr. John Andrew (EO) Meyers of Fort Smith, Arkansas (Houston) were united in marriage at 6 pm, May 14, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Galveston. Monsignor David LeSieur officiated.

Kelly is the daughter of Drs. Joel and Patricia Gallagher of Galveston and granddaughter of Richard and Dorothy Shinnick and Betty and Peter Gallagher.

EO is the son of Mr. John R. and Mrs. Rebecca Meyers of Fort Smith, AR and grandson of Alton and Joan Baldwin and John B. and Anna Marie Meyers.

A reception was held in the Veranda Room of the Hotel Galvez in Galveston. Mrs. Reagan Birt served as matron of honor and Mr. Kyle Caldwell was best man. Bridesmaids included Dr. Caroline Marcus, Dr. Anitha Mathew, Dr. Missy McHugh, and Dr. Rebecca Whitten

while groomsmen were Mr. Matt Button, Mr. Eduardo Chew, Capt. Justin Jarrell and Mr. Ralph Taylor. Ushers were Mr. Ryan Gallagher, Dr. Sean Gallagher, Mr. Justin Lowery, and Drew Jackson.

The bride graduated from Ball High School in Galveston, Brown University in Providence, RI and Baylor College of Medicine, Houston. Dr. Gallagher is an Assistant Professor in

the Dept of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Baylor College of Medicine.

The groom graduated from Southside High School in Fort Smith, AR and University of Arkansas College of Engineering, Fayetteville, AR and is an Operations Manager at National Oilwell Varco in Houston.

The couple resides in Houston, TX following a honeymoon in Chile and Argentina.
