For fifteen years, Royalty Personal Assistance Service in Texas City has been providing quality, affordable care for children under the age of 21, elderly and all ages with functional disabilities.

It all began with Julia Tottenham, a registered nurse who was working in the home health care industry. When she noted complaints from clients about unreliable health care providers, Julia decided to start her own service so that she could ensure clients’ needs were always met.

In August 1998, Julia and her husband opened Royalty Personal Assistance Service and have been fulfilling that goal ever since.
